Glenda is a professionally designated Co-Active coach. In coaching Glenda partners with clients to design the life they want and coaches clients into action, through conscious choice. Glenda will challenge the status quo, ask curious questions and really focus on what is truly important. Together clients look at where they are today, what they truly want, and then embark on a curious, deep and sometimes uncomfortable journey to get there. Coaching establishes more healthy thought patterns and ways of living.
Upon request, Glenda will also provide a mix of coaching and business mentoring services to challenge and transform leaders, while ensuring they receive experienced mentorship to take the next step.
