My Story
Highly regarded for her strategic business mindset and thought leadership, Glenda Lewis, Founder and CEO of StepOut. Transform, is a sought after consultant in business transformation, strategy, culture, leadership development, and communication.
Glenda is a professional Chartered Accountant, certified Co-Active Coach and is a graduate of many Harvard Business executive programs, Conversant high performance conversation, Hoffman Institute and numerous other professional programs.
Glenda began her career in professional services at Deloitte in New Zealand where she discovered her passion for business. Glenda then relocated to Canada and followed her passion into the private business world, progressing quickly up the corporate ladder.
Glenda most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer for six years at Canada's second largest staffing company.
In Glenda’s various corporate roles, she led companies into financial and strategic success, implemented and drove corporate and operational strategy and established strong corporate cultures.
Glenda excelled in business transformational projects, acquisitions, strategic transactions, implemented strategic and operational projects, and has led many initiatives to maximize business value. Throughout this journey Glenda led numerous large teams and projects.
It was during the last three years as an executive that Glenda found her passion for leading and developing people, choosing to become a professional Co-Active Coach and start up StepOut. Transform.
